At Cyber Raft, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it under the following terms.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is in new and unused condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Personal care items (such as cosmetics and undergarments)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cyberaft.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Inspection and Approval
