Cancellation Policy

At Cyberaft, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order and any associated terms.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible at mnk@cyberaft.com.
2. Provide your order number and request the cancellation.
3. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

3. Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be able to return the item following our Return Policy.

4. Customized or Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with any concerns regarding these orders.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled within the allowed timeframe, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
